0. Program Summary
The Infokomoditas Contributor Program lets independent writers submit commodity-market articles for editorial review and, once published, earn Contributor Points redeemable for cash. This policy governs the submission workflow, editorial standards, the Contributor Points ledger, and withdrawal.
1. Who Can Become a Contributor
Any registered Infokomoditas user may apply to join the Contributor Program. A Contributor profile is a separate identity layer on top of your existing account — your regular subscription, Usage Credits, and dashboard remain unaffected and are never merged with your Contributor dashboard or Contributor Points balance.
2. Submission and Editorial Workflow
Article submissions are accepted only through the official Infokomoditas Contributor Form on your Contributor Dashboard. Submissions sent by email are not treated as an official submission and will not enter the editorial workflow.
Every article submission moves through the following statuses, tracked transparently on your Contributor Dashboard:
- SUBMITTED — received, awaiting editorial assignment.
- UNDER_REVIEW — an editor is actively reviewing the submission.
- REVISION_REQUESTED — the editor has requested changes; you may revise and resubmit.
- ACCEPTED — the article has passed editorial review and is queued for publication.
- PUBLISHED — the article is live on Infokomoditas; Contributor Points are awarded at this step.
Articles may also be rejected at any stage if they do not meet editorial standards; you will be notified with the reason.
3. Editorial Standards
- Original work — no plagiarism, no unlicensed reuse of third-party text or images;
- Factually accurate, sourced, and free of fabricated data or price figures;
- Not personalized investment/financial advice (see our Disclaimer);
- Free of defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
- Written in a data-journalism style consistent with Infokomoditas's editorial voice.
4. Copyright and License
You retain authorship of your submitted articles. By submitting an article, you grant Infokomoditas a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to edit, publish, translate, distribute, and display the article on the platform (and its promotional channels) for as long as it remains published. You confirm you have the right to grant this license for all text and media included in your submission.
5. Contributor Points
Every article that reaches PUBLISHED status earns the contributor 1,000 Contributor Points, awarded exactly once per article (idempotent — re-publishing or re-processing the same article never awards points twice). Contributor Points are recorded on an immutable ledger, completely separate from Usage Credits — the two can never be combined, converted, or spent on each other's features.
6. Point Reversal
Contributor Points may only be reversed by an Infokomoditas Admin, through an explicit action that links directly to the original award transaction (e.g. if an article is later found to violate editorial standards or copyright after publication). Reversals are never silent — they always create a new, auditable ledger entry referencing the original transaction.
7. Withdrawal to Cash
Once your Contributor Points balance reaches at least 10,000 points, you may request a withdrawal of Rp100,000 via DANA or GoPay, using the payout destination number you provide at the time of the request. Withdrawal requests go through manual admin review before processing — automated instant transfer is not currently offered.
8. Violations and Disqualification
Submitting plagiarized, fabricated, or fraudulently obtained content, or attempting to manipulate the Points ledger, may result in rejection of the submission, reversal of previously awarded Points, and suspension or termination of your Contributor status, without prejudice to any other rights Infokomoditas may have.
