Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Infokomoditas Intelligence ("Infokomoditas", "we", "us"), including the website, dashboard, AI Analyst, Watchlist, Paid Reports, and the Contributor Program. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Infokomoditas may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or poses a security risk.

Certain features require an active paid subscription plan or Usage Credits, as described on the Subscription and Billing pages. Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are as displayed at the time of purchase. Usage Credits are a platform-internal unit for metering AI/premium feature usage and have no cash redemption value; they are entirely separate from Contributor Points described below.

Users who join the Contributor Program to submit articles are additionally bound by the Contributor Policy, which governs the editorial review workflow, Contributor Points, and withdrawal process. Contributor Points are a separate ledger from Usage Credits and cannot be used interchangeably.

Any content you submit (including article submissions, feedback, or support communications) must be your own original work or content you have the right to submit, must not infringe any third party's rights, and must not be unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.

• Unauthorized scraping, crawling, or bulk extraction of data from Infokomoditas;
• Reverse-engineering, circumventing, or disrupting platform security or rate limits;
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation;
• Uploading malicious code or attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.

The Infokomoditas name, logo, design, software, and original editorial content are owned by Infokomoditas or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Price data and third-party news remain subject to the rights of their original sources as described in our Privacy Policy.

Infokomoditas may link to third-party publishers, exchanges, government sources, and payment providers (e.g. Midtrans, DANA, GoPay). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Infokomoditas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. See our Disclaimer for details on the limitations of price, news, and AI-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, Infokomoditas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Infokomoditas may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or abuse. You may close your account at any time by contacting us; certain records (e.g. billing and audit history) may be retained as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
